Suitable for fast packaging of the biscuit, wafer and other slice, round and regular items without pallet.
Characteristics:
Using imported Siemens electrical components and five servo motors to complete the packing process, thus achieves the synchronization of supplying, pushing, filming, motioning, sealing and cutting speed. This machine also can carry out capacity adjustment.
Convenient when changing products; achieves many purpose with one machine; saves time and investment effectively.
Using cantilever structure with refined timing-belt configuration for easy maintenance. Greatly reduces running noise and increases the stability of the machine.
Adjustable large touch screen panel simplifies the operation. It can be programmed to memorize different products’ technical parameters and adjusted easily to accomplish the task of packing different products.
The conveyer chain is designed with gentle clamping setting instead of the spring clamping to avoid the crushing of biscuit, so the finished product rate is effectively increased. At the same time, it leaves no biscuit crumbs to cause mildew.
The leaking design of the conveyer canal avoids biscuit crumbs stored in the canal gap, thus eliminates the mildewing problem and meets the safety standard of the food production industry.
