Tag Nema contains most virulent strain of Paecilomyces lilacinus, a nematophagous fungus, which is effective against nematodes like root knot nematodes, cyst nematodes, citrus nematode, burrowing nematode, reniform nematode, etc.
P. lilacinus covers the egg surface and becomes closely appressed to it. It produces a network of hyphae and appressoria on the eggshell and then penetrates the egg shell with the help of proteases and chitinase.
After penetrating egg, it rapidly destroys the juvenile, before growing out of the egg to produce conidiophores. Mode of action is also same for Juvenile and adult stages.

Precautions:

• Do not mix with chemical fungicides.
• Apply 7 days after application of chemical fungicides
