Biomass Pellet Mill

We present a quality range of Biomass Pellet Mills in the market. Our Biomass Pellet Mills are based on low pressure fixed flat die type binderless extrusion technology. These Biomass Pellet Mills are rotary machines in vertical construction where the fixed & moving flat die provides stability during operation. Three support vertical shafts are used to transmit power to pelletizing rollers, and depending upon the size of the unit, the numbers of rollers are decided. Our Biomass Pellet Mill is designed to produce fuel pellet from 2-25 mm diameter by extrusion. Conditioned ground material is fed to pellet press by gravity feed. Roller run on a slow speed, press the material in die holes, and extrudes the material. Length of pellet can be adjusted by knife provided below the die. Pellets so formed are cooled on cooling conveyor, and are sent for storage. Most of the biodegradable materials like ground nut shell, wood waste, bagas, straw, grass etc can be pelletized. The quality and output of pellet mill is dependent on so many parameters such as quality of grinding, conditioning, formulation of feed (percentage of oil, protein, fiber etc.), and configuration of die.
