Technical Features :

The robust design to withstand the heavy loading on the hammer mill while grinding, the hammer mill designed with an extremely heavy-duty base frame, the mass of the hammer mill absorbs any vibrations while the stiffness of the frame allows a very small clearance between hammer and screen to achieve specific grinding requirement.

Multi-point shearing comminution. Hammers are made of 8mm thickness high strength alloy steel through heat treatment.
SKF BEARINGS for crushing rotor, Reduce bearing maintain consumption but increase the service life of bearings;
Multiple crushing chamber design
Specially designed fast open slide gates to change screen and to inspect inside status;

Bag Filter bottom Rotary Valve fitted with “Y” Chute for collection of dust in bags.
Air Cyclone bottom fitted with Rotary Air Lock Valve to discharge raw material into Redler Conveyor.
Bag Filter bottom Rotary Valve fitted with “Y” Chute for collection of dust in bags.
Device mode : The device controls are designed to work in both automatic and manual modes.

Feeding rate to Hammer Mill controlled by PLC.
