This Biomass Crusher Machine is used to grind biomass waste including wood chips, groundnut shell, wood waste etc. The maximum length of the waste varies from 3″ to 10″and dia 10 to 60 mm having moisture not more than 50%. The Crusher machine is integrated with Screw Conveyors to feed cut or raw materials in hammer mill. Biomass Crusher has long lasting durability & power pack performance. Biomass Crusher has a easy feeding hopper which makes smooth entry of Raw Material in Crushing Machines. Electric motor is 15 to 30 HP which can even do shredding of leaves & small branches along with Agro waste. A dynamically balanced rotor face plate V belt drive to the rotor and alloy steel hardened chipping blades for branches up to 3″ diameter and free swinging reversible shredding knives are fitted or taking on a variety of jobs. The easy feed hopper allows for smooth entry of leaves and other organic waste.
