BIODIESEL B100

Biodiesel is yellowish clear transparent liquid with wild but characteristic odor stable chemical structure without corrosive. Biodiesel at vaishnavi pyroil is from waste cooking oil, palm pfd, palm stearin etc as feedstock, made by the process of the esterification and transesterification which is produced one renewable diesel. Compared with the traditional diesel, biodiesel could be more friendly environmental.
Biodiesel can be used in pure form (b100) or may be blended with petroleum diesel at any concentration in most injection pump diesel engines. Compared to other fossil diesel oils, the biodiesel that we provide has the advantages as follows:
1. Nonbenzenoid and nonaromatic-ring, non-toxic, biodegradation traits;
2. Burning more efficiently in the gas engine. Emission of particulates, carbon monoxide and nitrogen oxides has been obviously reduced.
3. Higher cetane number, improving the ignition and lubricate ability, which brings higher engine efficiency and the endurance.
5. Flash point of biodiesel is much higher than the fossil-diesel's, which has the very good preservation and transportation security.
