Binding Wire Making Machine

The main body with base is of close grain Cast Iron construction and generally built with spaced walls and ribs to ensure proper alignment and rigidity. Drawing block is made of specially Graded Casting, hard Metalised and Ground at wire line to increase abrasion resistance. Gear of Phosphorous Bronze and Worm is High Carbon Steel immersed in oil bath reservoir in the body of the machine to absorb its heat of action while in load to maintain a longlife of gear set.
