Properly designed Bin Activator Overcome all the Flow Problems. Bin Activator discharge the stored Dry Bulk Solids at a desired output upon getting Gyratory type Vibratory Forces produced in the horizontal plane by a Vibration Motor. A Baffle Cone mounted inside the machine transmits this Gyratory force into the stored Bulk Solids by converting it into linear pulsating type vibratory forces. This is most effective and economical way to fluidize the stored solids to achieve a trouble free discharge.
