We directly import our Bhut Jolokia peppers from Assam, India. And do rely on a supplier, like everyone else does. That is why you'll find that almost everyone is "out of stock", or "expecting" more at a later date. We have over 5,000 kg of "A" grade pods, and powder, and flakes "in-stock" and available for sale to you. We do not sell a "lesser" grade product as found elsewhere.
