BH Series Pumps are specially designed for hygienic applications. The pump consists of bearing housing with SMS/IDF/ Triclover at the suction and delivery port. The drive shaft allows for universal use of any drives. Two types of rotor and stator geometries are available for optimized performance.
The BH Series pumps are constructed with cast iron. Bearing housing, the rest of the housing is made of seamless stainless steel pipe which is polished without any rough surface thereby eliminating product retaining pockets to avoid contamination of the transferring medium, the rotating parts are available in materials like stainless steel 304, 316 etc., The stators are made of non contaminated elastomers like food grade nitrile, ethylene propylene, silicon, etc. depending on the applications. Shaft sealing is ensured by soft gland packing / mechanical sealing. The pump consists of universal pin joints which give outstanding reliability and longer service life.
