Belt Conveyor Pulleys

We offer belt conveyor pulleys, which are engineered as per the application and performance required. Our pulleys are fabricated to various sizes with either bare face, crown face & rubber lagged with herringbone grooves. We use special vulcanizing process, which ensure its smooth surface and full surface bond. The shell is made of single rolled plate rim with welded end discs. The pulleys are statically balanced. 
We offer belt conveyor rollers of various sizes and can be customized as per the clients specific requirements. These rollers are available in protective finishing and are widely used across industries due to the following features:

We offer idlers with dust collection systems that offers useful versatility where both grinding and buffing are done. Motors are totally enclosed, non-ventilated, rated for continuous grinding service. All are equipped with ball bearings, grease lubricated and sealed; designed for long life. Starting equipment is indicated in the chart below. For added safety, the use of an eye shield and a dust collector is suggested. A shaft holding device is provided as standard to simplify wheel changing.
