Belt Conveyor

Belt Conveyors for Bulk Materials are available in totally enclosed dust–tight design with continuous skid plate on carrying side. PU-coated PVC impregnated Nylon re-inforced Conveyor Belting are used for acquiring high service life. The belts used are virtually unstretchable and require low power. Pulley dimension units can have multiple inlet points, quick inspection or access openings, and are provided with stainless steel toggle latch.
Standard accessories like V-Plough, Belt Scrappers are used to clean the bottom and top sides of the belting. Constructions in Mild Steel – Epoxy Powder Coated finish are standard. Special constructions of belts with Side walls, Cleats, Guide Profiles of various designs are available for specific applications.
