We have the ability to meet tight tolerances to complicated blueprints of bellow product range. Our operating range includes

➣ Shaft diameter: d = 22 to 75 mm (0.86" - 2.95")

➣Pressure: p = 2 to 5 bar (29 - 72 PSI)

➣Axial movement: ±0.8 mm

➣Temperature: t = -75 °C to +110 °C (-103 °F to +230 °F)

➣ Sliding velocity: vg = 25 m/s (82 ft/s)

The bellows can be manufactured with 2 to 10 convolutions. However, this is just the standard product. The flexibility of the manufacturing method is such that many special configurations can be produced with optimized Bellows geometry with Uniform Wall Thicknesses to meet specific customer requirements.
