Bellow Covers

Bellow Covers are manufactured by us in three production series, as a result of which, solutions are possible for any technical application encountered on machines. High quality Bellow Covers can be manufactured in almost any form. Our range of machine slide Bellow Covers are used in sliding of product on machines. These Bellow Covers are extensively used in CNC machines and can provide safe protection even at high processing speeds.
Construction : We have two types of manufacturing methods. One is fully stitched type with every fold with PVC supports, i.e., P.S Bellows. It is more protective where coolant and chips particles fall. The second type is pasted or glued type i.e., P.G Bellows which is mainly used for less coolant or cutting oil and for dust proof.
Material Used : Nylon Fabric coated with polyurethane, High Tensile Polyamide Fabric, Canvas, Leather, Zipsy Hood etc.
Specifications : The range of our offered Bellow Covers includes - 10 mm diameter. Spindles are up to guide ways with of 2.5 meters with strokes of up to 20 meters. The Bellow Covers can be manufactured as one-off or as series.
