a) Lime grinding and fluidizing plants : Sunag Engineering Pvt. Ltd. based on in-house developed technology has designed and installed calcined lime grinding and fluidizing plant to customers like JSW Steel, Toranagallu. Similar plant is under execution for Bhushan Steel at Meramandali.
The process technology for grinding and hydrophobic treatment of finely ground lime powder has been developed in-house and due to this process, the lime powder is highly fluidized and also acquires free-flow properties. This type of lime finds wide use in pretreatment of hot metal in steel plants for desiliconising, dephosphorising and desulphurising. While the system engineering is done in-house the equipment is sourced from reputed suppliers.
