Its frame is usually made up of metallic material but overlaid sheets are made of fabrics, so that they can be sent for laundry to get free of germs and any kind of infections. Simple yet quite useful, the bedside screen can carve up one room into many other chambers.

Usually, each side panel being 610 mm wide in case of four panel screen; and in three panel screen the middle panel is 220 mm wide, two other panels are of 610mm wide each.
The tube used for the panels have outside diameter 19.05 mm and thickness 0.99 mm to provide proper strength to structure.
