The center shaft with the discs rotates at around 300 rpm and material is allowed to mix and grind properly. Once the parameters are achieved the material can be easily discharged from the ball valve given at the bottom end. The speed of the machine can be varied by putting an ac frequency drive. All the electrical parts are built in the machine.
