we  manufacture vertical / horizontal insulated stainless steel storage tanks with dimple jacket suitable for circulation of steam / hot water / cold water. The batch pasteurizer is manufactured from stainless steel ss 304 is suitable for working at maximum 6 bar with test pressure of 9 bar .
these tanks are with slopped bottom. One can also have a choice of having the these tanks insulated with outer body after insulation with ss/ ms.
the  batch pasteurizer manufactured by us can also be supplied with following accessories. 

• with various type of agitators and vortex breaker.
• with manhole on top /side
• with tubular legs / conical legs / lugs
• with light and sight glass
• with level indicator
• with various sensors for monitoring temperature / pressure / level.

applications:-

    pasteurize the milk to required temp.
    hold the milk for half an hour with slow agitation
however in case above standard designs are not suitable for particular requirement, one can very well ask to redesign the storage tanks to suit individual requirement.
