Batch Off Machines

These are Rubber Strip Cooling Machines wherein dipping the strip in chilled water tank cools the Rubber Strip from sheet mill and then taking the Rubber Strip in a loop formation through an air-cooled chamber. Air Blast is created with the help of Air Circulators mounted on the side as also on the Roof of the Machine. Air Turbulence through the Machine length is created with the help of specially designed Air escape venturies.
These are custom built machines wherein Length and width of the machine
Is designed as per customer’s sheet mill outputs.
These machines can be fabricated from both MS as well as Stainless Steel materials depending upon customer choice.
