• Standard supply of two stage Burners of BENTON / WASHOUT
• Option of variable frequency drives for all turbulence motors and circulation to regulate all important factors
• Heating provided by Tube radiators, which are excellent radiators
• Heat input that matches requirement is ensured by the use of fully modulating Burners equipped with high turn down ratio of 20:1. They are optional
• PLC controls the rate of removal of moisture with turbulence fans (optional)
• PID controller for temperature regulation continually observes set point and actual temperatures. Any differences that arise are adjusted with advanced software that regulates the heat input proportionally preventing overshoot.
• LRB/Mineral wool offers insulation upto 250mm thickness minimizes heat loss through chamber walls.
• An extraction system involving a fixed  speed fans and manual damper controls Humidity
• Independent zone for controlling temperature and humidity
• Carefully chosen materials including the stainless steel combustion chamber, ensures minimal thermal inertia of the oven and minimizes the baking time.
