Bahera is one of the contents of Triphala.It is a native of India and it grows at the altitude of Himalayas, Madras, West Bengal, Mysore and Assam. It has been used as Ayurvadic medicine for heart disease from last more than 3200 years. Bahera is used to make medicines to treat many ailments. Bahera has been used as a "health-blender" in the combination of Emblica officinalis and Terminalia.
