Product Details

Specifically formulated fluorescent powder, designed to detect leaks and microscopic ruptures in industrial dust collection and filtration systems. It glows under UV light easily detecting minute ruptures eliminating the need for time-consuming physical checks of leach separate membrane. It is an easily available, non-toxic tracer for detecting the extent of damage to baghouses. An ideal choice for quick onsite check of damaged filter membranes. Can be efficiently used under a regular baghouse maintenance program avoiding costly unscheduled shutdowns and achieving maximum efficiency from the Dust Collection Units. It is a low-cost effective way to locate broken filter bags, cracked tube sheets, and faulty seals to reduce maintenance costs.
