SIDCHEM 1001 is a specially designed formulated of high performance dithiocarbamate. SIDCHEM 1001 is highly effective against all types of microorganims found in cane juice, including slime producing bacteria and yeasts. Application of SIDCHEM 1001 results into rapid inactivation of microorganisms from cane juice. SIDCHEM 1001 effectively arrests the microbial sucrose inversion thus conserving considerable quantity of sucrose in the juice. SIDCHEM 1001 also controls the production of polymers in the cane juice and improves the sugar quality. SIDCHEM 1001 acts on the basic functional systems of microorganisms. Therefore, microorganisms cannot develop immunity against SIDCHEM 1001.
