Babylonia spirata, common name the Spiral Babylon, is a species of sea snail,Shell moderately large, thin but solid, elongate-ovate with medium, high and elongate Spire; suture deep and channeled.Columella is smooth with heavy callus and a single thick ridge is extended spirally inwards on the posterior side. Color: Outer surface white, decorated by orange-brown blotches, oblique streaks and spots, generally larger below suture.
