PRODUCT COMPOSITION: AWC-ROOF 250 both the versions have added advantages like it is a high quality water-based acrylic finish, incorporating Fabmatt to increase the abrasion resistance properties of the film once Top Coated with Tuff Coat, it is a special spherical silica sand and is suspended in the emulsion to provide a fine uniform texture. This silica can be eliminated for projects requiring a smooth finish or can be incorporated in project requiring a texture finish.
AWC-ROOF 250 with TUFF COAT provides a durable colored topping for horizontal concrete and asphalt surfaces. In addition, its satin sheen makes AWC-ROOF 250 an aesthetically pleasing roof/wall dressing that effectively evens out texture and color variations over various concrete substrates.

HOW IT WORKS: AWC-ROOF 250 was designed to compete in the local market with international standards. AWC-ROOF 250 has two versions. One as an exposed treatment and another for cover treatment both versions are water based and are named as AWC-ROOF 250 Part A & AWC-ROOF 250 Part B.
For Exposed Treatment: Both Part A & Part B must be mixed thoroughly and applied @ of 200 to 250 sqft per 20kg pail. Once the complete system is applied it can be top coated with Tuff Coat for color and abrasion resistance requirement. Tuff Coat is optional and can be used as a Top Coat over AWC-ROOF 250 for meeting tough abrasion resistance.
For Covered Treatment: Both Part A & Part B with addition of water for 1st Coat should be mixed and applied @ 400 to 500 sqft. After the same two more coats should be applied @ of 200 to 250 sqft per 20kg pail without addition of water, and once the system is laid it can be covered with variety of substrate like PCC, RCC, Pavers, Stamped Concrete or Tile.
