Rapid HRCOAT is a special Silicone resin based powder that provides excellent thermal insulation properties along with thermal stability, moisture and corrosion resistance. The coating exhibits excellent adhesion to both Iron and aluminium resulting in superior mechanical properties. The particle size distribution of Rapid HRCOAT is designed to meet the requirements of application by electrostatic spraying coating gun. We have two sub-grades as per application :

• HR 300 -Heat Resistant Powder Coatings : Rapid HR300 is a thermosetting powder coating based on silicone resins providing after complete curing, a film with high thermic resistance. It will resist to continuous exposure to temperatures as high as 300^oC.
• HR 500 -Heat Resistant Powder Coatings : Rapid HR500 is a thermosetting powder coating based on silicone resins providing after complete curing, a film with high thermic resistance. It will resist to continuous exposure to temperatures as high as 500^oC.
• Major Application : Barbecue sets and accessories, Automobile or motorcycle exhaust systems, Engine covers, Furnaces, Heat exchangers, any surface routinely exposed to high heat for an extended time.
