The majority of the products manufactured by us for the automotive industry are fully finished machined components and dies & moulds. The components are machined from forgings, lost wax castings, sand castings and bars. Our components find its applications in fuel injection systems, transmission systems and steering systems of passenger cars & trucks and commercial vehicles. We make components and moulds like bearing holders, levers, gear shifter forks, radiator tanks, oil cooler components etc. To solve the quality problems in a scientific way innovative cad cam services has developed six sigma quality standard. To achieve rejection reduction, process variation reduction various projects are identified on a continuous basis and problems are solved.
