Automatic Wet Glue Labeling Machine

DESCRIPTION :

The automatic high speed wet glue labeling machine, the AGHL-150 is used to label the round containers of glass, plastic, aluminum, pet, cardboard containers etc. The machine label the container by the cold glue in the vertical position. It is a rigid, versatile and reliable labeling machine.

The feed worm is used to place perfectly the feed and sealed containers at the labeling point for the wrap-around operation. The glue cylinder gets the cold glue from the glue pot. The glue pot contains the glue subsequently transferred on the glue rubber roller. As a result the thin film of the glue is transferred evenly to the gluing pad. The round containers are moving on the conveyor. The label box is oscillated by the sequence generated by the conveyor. The rotating label master aligned with the label box with the pick up fingers. The label master applies the label to the container with the help of pick up fingers. The label is kept perfectly on the rotating container due to the vacuum. The labeled containers move ahead through the stationary rubber pad and rubber pressing belt. So it gives the perfect and neat container with label.     

• The storage capacity of the bowl is increased by the specially designed hopper.
• For the easy and quick setting of the in-feed worm, the universal coupling is used.
• The height of the conveyor is adjustable to align with other machine of the line.

• The vacuum pump is very efficient which develops sufficient vacuum to hold the labels big or small on the pick-up cylinder.
• The contactors and relays of appropriate ratings ensure the protection of the motors.
