How Auto Wrap Reel Works?
ΓΆ€ΒΆ Place the Bobbins/Yarn Cones on the Yarn Cone Stand
ΓΆ€ΒΆ Take the end of the yarn and pass it through the Tensioning Device into the ceramic eyelids, through to the ceramic pigtail and finally on to the plate with screw heads. Tie the free end of the yarn on the screw head by making few rounds.
ΓΆ€ΒΆ Repeat the procedure to fix yarns from the remaining Bobbins/Cones.
ΓΆ€ΒΆ Put on the mains and set the counter at desired setting with the help of thumb wheel setting.
ΓΆ€ΒΆ After the required revolutions, Wrap Reel will stop automatically.
ΓΆ€ΒΆ Unite the free end of each Leas to the other. Cut the yarn at the Bobbin side near the knot.
ΓΆ€ΒΆ Lower the collapsible Mechanism in the swift/wheel. This will loosen the lea and facilitate their removal from the wheel conveniently.
