This machine is very simple to operate, it consists mainly, one rotating disc with exchangeable tube holding sockets for different size of tubes. Only empty tube should feed manually, after that all process like filling, closing, coding and ejection process is automatic. Tube Filling Machine is widely used to fill and seal tubes with viscous liquids filling ,paste filling, cream filling, tooth paste filling, cosmetic cream filling, gel filling, adhesive filling, ointment filling. The tube filler is appropriate for Aluminium, Lami, Plastic, LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene), and HDPE (High Density Polyethylene) etc. tubes.

Our technologically advanced wide range of Automatic Tube Filling Machine include housing of filling device and syringe pump, which is being provided with rotary piston. This piston has one of the blows off instrument, which is known as pneumatic tail cut-off system. The filling station of this tube filling machine is made of stainless steel block that is fitted with pneumatic device to control tailing. We design these machines from all best quality components that too under the supervision and guidance of expert team. This Automatic Tube Filling Machine is suitable to fill 0.5hm-300gm of Ointments, Liquids, Pastes, Creams, Honey, Adhesives, Lotions, Balms, and Cosmetics etc. Our high quality machines will have high filling speed of maximum 50 tubes in one minute. In addition, our single head jacketed hopper will have maximum capacity of 40 liters. These machines will also have stainless steel spring, which is attached with changing parts in a single tube size.
