The Vela self contained drive unit consists of:
An electric motor and fluid pump sitting in an oil (bath) reservoir These are coupled to the rotary drive unit and a valve block.
The beam is balanced by an adjustable spring.
Manual Release
In case of a power Failure, the operator's internal locking can be released using a special key.
