AUTOMATIC RELEASE VALVE

Mechanical Water meters generally run when its turbine gets moved by any energy like water or even air passing through the water line. A normal customer pays atleast 5% of water bills for air passing through the supply line.
An Air valve is a device used to save the meter from running with air when there is no water in the supply line. It is fitted at the inlet side of water meter. Flowtech's sophisticated and unique design uses a circular FAN like shape, we name it as "FLAP". Its works on the principle of differential density of air and water. The engineered "FLAP" is located at the T-shape Top. When air passes through it, it is unable to lift the FLAP hence air moves out through Escape Hole, thus blocking the air bubbles from flowing to the water meter. When water flows through the supply line, the pressure of the water pushes the FLAP and blocks the escape hole and moves towards the meter. The device has a protective covering on the top
