Application: Preform Thickness Tester is used to check straightness of preform with respect to neck finish.Recommended for preform manufacturers and Blowing operations.
Operation: Preform is held vertically inverted in a neck holder and rotated. A dial indicator Point is set to zero on preform external wall when it is rotated.
Specifications: Straightness up to 12.5mm can be measured using this equipment. Resolution of 0.001mm with digital indication. Can be used for different neck sizes and height with change parts. RS 232 Connectivity.
