Automatic Cream Filling MC with Container Feeding Turn Table MOdel - WPM - CF - 30 GMP This is model suitable for Semi Viscous OR Viscous type product (like Chyavanprash, Ghee, Oil, Paste, Honey etc.) Filling into the Jars Containers by Automatically. It's a simply Volumetric type Filling & Fill quantity Max 1Kg & Min 200 gm in single setting with filling volume adjustment setting. This machine is suitable with 25 Containersmin for 1 Kg setting & accordingly increase if the Volume will be decrease from 1 Kg (Speed will be depends upon the product characteristics & flow of the material unless some times providing Stirrer arrangement into the Hopper). In this Machine ContainersJars to be load manually onto the Feeding Turn Table then it will moves one by one onto the conveyor through the Filling station. The ContainerJar stop below the Filling station by mechanically stopper arrangement during the Filling operational work. In this MC will be providing Two rotary valves for Clean Cut-off system to avoid spillage a single drop onto the container as well as conveyor. SS Control Panel will be providing with No Container No Fill arrangement & also Minimum container MC stop automatically as well as again sufficient containers onto the conveyor Filling will be start. Overall guards will be provide for safety operational work. Also provide the product Level sensor which is mounted on Top Lid of the Hopper to detect & control the Level of product.
