Online Vial Inspection Machine is suitable for inspection of dry powder vials in injectables. Machine equipped with four tracks made of nylon-6 roller chain which are available with a spinning assembly that has A.C. Drive Rejection Units with 24V DC wiring. Vial inspection Machine is uses for inspecting vial for any sort breakage. Cap sealing is carried out by visually. Rollers are maintenance free and long lasting. Machine automatically stops in case of vial stuck-up on the track. Machine complies as per cGMP requirements and competitive solution for Dry Powder Vial Filling Line.
