DESCRIPTION

“Harsiddh” introduced Automatic Electronic Servo based Filling Machine, For fill water based liquid, lubricant oil, Cooking oil, Hair Oil, Edible Oil, semi solid and solid viscous products like Water, Oil, Petroleum Jelly, Grease, Lotion, Creams, Paints, distemper, balms etc.

The top loading in such machines are made of stainless steel for high durability. The machine is equipped with conveyor belt, material storage tanks (80 liters capacity), servo motors, gear motors, PLC with touch screen HMI, Pumps etc. The provide precision filling to various filling capacity according to the industrial need. Automatic servo based fillers index the container automatically below the filling nozzles, which initiate viscous products filling operation without any input.

This machine having electronics systems for filling the any kind of liquids, oils, creams, jelly or other viscous and non-viscous products
