AUTOMATIC MEASURING/DOSING CUP PLACEMENT & PRESSING MACHINE

Automatic measuring/doing cup placement and pressing machine is a precise and efficient machine. The machine is consisting of conveyor, feed worm, and container holding star plate and pressing plate. All the exposed parts are of S.S., cladded with S.S. and chrome platted. The machine is precisely built on the welded steel frame enclosed in stainless steel sheet. The door are provided to machine for the servicing.

The feed and sealed containers are move on the conveyor belt. The belt set the containers to the star wheel. The star wheel set the containers below the pressing plate. There is a bowl containing cups deliver the cups to delivery chute. From the chute the sealed containers get the cup. The pressing plate presses the cup gradually. The cup fit on the container perfectly by the pressing plate.
