Automatic Flip Off Cap Pressing Machine

• automatic 'p.v.c. Flip off cap' pressing machine is designed to affix p.v.c. Flip off cap ' on the top of aluminum vial cap fed on continuous line by means of two vibrator chutes.
• the machine is fully automatic and its operation is very simple.

operation:

• both the 'p.v.c. Flip off cap' and aluminum vial cap are fed by two vibrator chutes.
• no 1 for aluminum cap and no.2 for 'p.v.c. Flip off cap'.
• the vibrator chute no 2 dispatches ' p.v.c. Flip off cap ' downward to star-wheel.
• the star-wheel moves ' p.v.c. Flip off cap ' to the direction of chute no.1 that dispatches aluminum cap downward to star-wheel.
• that rides on the previously come p.v.c. Flip off cap' and the couple is moved by star-wheel to the hammering head that presses both caps and centre dot of 'p.v.c. Flip off cap' affixes into the centre hole of aluminum cap and is moved to heating & sealing punch that melts & seals the centre dot of' p.v.c. Flip off cap '.
• thus the cap is ready for vial sealing and is collected in the container kept under the discharging slot of machine.

electrical ratting:

• machine is driven by 1.00 h.p. Motor. Suitable starters, pilot light is mounted on a panel board.

out put:

• the output of caps is 90 caps /min.

material of constuction:

• all contact parts are made out of s.s. 304 quality and body cladded with s.s.304, 18 gauge sheet.
• stainless steel parts polished as matt finish.
• complete unit as per our standard.
