The die pouching machine makes more pressure to the stamping block but our machine is manufacturing with the highly equipped technology therefore this can't make uncertain pressure to the stamping blocks
The die punching machine runs continuously when the machine starts, one time the product placed on the plate of die punching in running condition that have too dangerous for the operators. But this machine is designed for the safety of the operator because this machine runs different than other punching machines. When you have placed your product on the table; press switche, the table moves under to the stamping/ punching plate, the punching plate moves down and after this upward and then the table moves out.
The lubrication system is provided for the smooth running of the machine and long time durability.
The stamping pressure setting is provided in this machine for the highly accurate results.
Emergency switches are provided for the uncertain chances or strokes.
Digital counting device is provided for the automatic counting procedure.
The machine runs and controls with the fully electronic panel.
The foil rewinding unit is also for rewinding the wastage foil.
