Ampoules are carefully spaced and positioned with precision using a feed worm upon entering the machine from the loading tray. The rotating wheel takes over from here, providing two washing stations. The first station offers the option of Tap water or, if necessary, a detergent wash for heavier dirt removal. The second station exclusively provides Tap water washing.

As the ampoules progress through the process, they encounter two more washing stations on the existing feed worm. At these stations, a combination of blowing dry air and hot air is expertly employed to ensure no water droplets are left on the outer surface of the containers.
