Working principle: Bottom sealed carton box used for packing are kept in top open condition on a conveyor manually. The conditioned cones are placed on the weighing machine which has a display of weight. The cones are placed on the weighing machine for the acceptable weight, the cones automatically moves to the conveyor system from the weighing machine. The conveyor moves forward and the cone is pushed to the rotating units which in turn moves the cone in front of the polythene roll packing unit, a pneumatic cylinder pushes the cone through a duct and the cone is packed in the polythene cover (from polythene roll). This polythene wrapped cones are then moved to the collection point of 4 cones by conveyor after which the cones (4 nos) are pushed to the gripper section by a pneumatic cylinder. The another set of 4 nos are ready by then at the collection point and that too is pushed to the gripper section by the pneumatic cylinder. Now the first row is aligned as per the requirement (4 x 2) and picked by four arms pneumatically, lifted and placed into the carton box which is already in place. The separator sheet is picked by vaccum and placed into the carton box after every layer of cones automatically. This will be continued for the 3rd layer also as programmed and then the carton box with filed in cones will move automatically to the top closing unit through a conveyor. The carton box top and side flap is folded and sealed automatically and this will be moved to the strapping unit. The strapping unit is fixed with sensors and once the reaches the position for strapping the conveyor stops and then the strapping will be done automatically and the box is moved further to the second strapping point and will be strapped. Once this process is completed the filled box is moves to the loading conveyor where 4-5 carton boxes can be stored and can be manually removed. "
