Automatic Coller Type Pouch Packing Machine

This machine automatically forms the packet from any heat sealable laminates, fills the product (powder, granules or liquid) automatically by auger filler, volumetric doser or liquid filler and seals the packet. That is why these types of machines are called Form-Fill-Seal (FFS) machines. 
Uses: Suitable for automatically packing of free flowing, non sticky, granulated powdered or liquid product such as tea, seeds, cereals, sugar, whole spices, ground spices, medicines, bhujias, namkeen, snacks, detergent powder, salt, rice, atta, oil, paint and distemper, grease, ghee, soya bean chunks and potato chips, etc. 
Specifications: 3 side, 4 side seal or centre seal type pouches with volumetric cup filler, load cell based weigher, auger filler for powder and liquid or paste filler.
