automatic machine which is capable of executing wind, wrap & cut functions automatically. The nozzle bar has provision of rotating tilting by 3 positions provides excellent wrapping of terminal pins for both radial & Axial positions. The machine is having 4 axes, 1 spindle motion & 3 axis motion for nozzle bar movement which are driven by AC servo motors & Drives providing excellent & dynamic control of positions.
Some of the salient features of the machines are:
• AC servo motor for Axes and spindle provides excellent & dynamic performance & maintenance free operations.
• The three axis movement of wire guide with linear, circular & helical interpolation capability for convenient execution of wrap, cut, wind & position functions.
• The axes are mounted on Linear Motion guides & driven through Ball screw rod and nut providing excellent & accurate control on the axis & spindle motions.
• The Nozzle bar can be tilted by 0°, 90° & 135° provides excellent wrapping of terminal pins for both radial & Axial positions.
• Tanac controller & windows based programming software with powerful set of intelligent functions for achieving intricate winding parameters with exceptional ease.
• Wide range of accessories like, auto taping units, auto load unload units, auto skieners, custom designed tooling with quick change coupling facilities easy change over and optimum utilization of the machine.
