Sequence of operation:

• A carton approaches the machine that flaps fully vertical
• The carton flow will be regulated by power conveyor to provide adequate gap between the cartons
• The speed of the conveyor should be lesser than the speed of the machine
• The front minor flap is pushed automatically and rear minor flap is kicked down by the rear flap closer
• Both major flaps are folded with side flap closer and tape is applied to the top and bottom of the carton with 2” overlap on the heading and trailing ends of the carton
