Technical Specifications

• The machine can pack standard CS and SS blades, the user just needs to provide the packet drawing.
• Two nos foil unwinding station can be provided, with the suitable arrangement to control the foil tension.
• Two VCI sealing stations can be provided on either side of sealing station.
• The machine has two stations for embossing on to the AL-foil for stamping of MFR/EXP date etc.
• A feeding station can be provided where the blades could be stacked. The feeder can be used for any one slot size of blade at a time.
• The sealing stations have arrangement to accommodate the maximum width of 100mm.
• The machine has relay controllers and a temperature of 250*C can be attainable.
• The panel of machine can be relay based and have provision of auto/manual modes.
• A very neat looking panel is fitted.
