Automated Storage Retrieval System (ASRS) works on the principle of goods to the picker. Designed for boxes as well as pallets, it is completely automated through stacker cranes, conveyors, shuttles and a software system to control all storage and retrieval activities. Since it is a completely automated system with no human intervention required, structures can be designed as tall as 25 meters. Ideal for storing large SKU volumes, where accuracy in delivery is needed, cold stores with negative temperatures where manned operation is not possible and places where there is a possibility to build tall structures.
