Advantages:

Unique single lever lock for lid with single hand opening.
Preset (at 121°C) Digital temperature indicator cum Controller linked to a preset (20 min) timer.
Low water level cut off.
Internal Chamber and lid along with all wetted parts fabricated from Stainless Steel.
Castors for ease of movement.
Lid is fitted with pressure gauge, safety valve, manual exhaust valve & vacuum breaker cum purge valve.
