Contact SupplieriLabot atmosphere furnaces are designed to work with Nitrogen and Argon inert gases at temperature range 1200°C and 1600°C. These units can protect samples from oxidation and decarburization with flowing nitrogen, argon and other inter gases; therefore, they are considered a good choice for sintering under inert-atmosphere and used widely in laboratories, R&D centers and light industrial applications.
We have been manufacturing atmosphere furnace for over 25 years and during this time we have developed ourselves as one of the trusted company in the world. Each atmosphere furnace is made for safe operation and long years of service life. These units are equipped with microprocessor based programmable PID controller, which keeps the temperature stable during entire cycle with ±1°C accuracy. The heating chamber is made of two or three layers of ceramic fiber insulating material. Imported thermocouples are fitted at rear side of the chamber; K type for 1200°C and B type for 1600°C.
