Features:

• Panel body fabricated from high quality CRC sheet and duly powder coated.
• All controls are easily accessible and in easy reach of the operator.
• Panel can be operated in fully automatic mode or manual mode.
• Option of A.C. drives (VFD) or D.C. drives (Dimmer) for variable speed requirement.
• Precisely controls blending of virgin aggregates, asphalt and other additives at desired temperature to produce hot mix asphalt as per the required job mix formula.
• Heavy duty push buttons, toggle switches, knobs & levers are placed in logical manner / sequence for operating and controlling the plant.
• Feather touch button operating console is provided for pre setting & displaying variable parameters of ingredients as per job mix specification and functional parameters like plant output per hour etc.
• With in built safety devices like fuses, MCB, MCCB, relays, over load protection, emergency stop button etc.
• Indicating devices like lamps, meters etc. for no flow, burners, main power supply, variable speed and other constant speed motors.
• Mimic display ensures the functioning status of all components of the plant.
• Panel has the features of computer interfacing and provided with printer serial port and USB port.
