Frozen Cuttlefish

Cuttlefish are a good source of vitamins such as ribofalvin, Vitamin B-12, Vitamin C, Vitamin B-6 and Vitamin A. 

These mollusks also provide significant amounts of essential minerals such as Selenium, Iron, Phosphorus, Copper, Zinc, Calcium and Potassium, Magnesium and Sodium.

Cooked meat is pure white. Cleaned cuttlefish are bright white, with their tentacles usually intact. 

Uncleaned, they have a thin, purplish membrane on their bodies, which should be removed. 

Cuttlefish meat is sweet tasting. The texture is similar to that of a fish fillet and quite tender if cooked properly.
